Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed!
Meals on Wheels is an essential program that supports local Home Care clients by delivering hot, nutritious meals to their homes. Volunteers deliver these meals with a smile and provide social interactions to the individuals they are helping.
More delivery drivers are needed in your area. Volunteer Services welcomes individuals, couples, families, corporate groups and organizations to fill weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and casual spots. Volunteers Service can accommodate various schedule commitments. Volunteers pick up the coolers from Humboldt District Hospital and deliver them between 12:15 - 1:15 pm, Monday - Friday.
Volunteering for Meals on Wheels allows you the opportunity to support our community, build your resume, meet new people, gain valuable experience, or obtain stewardship/class credit hours. Volunteer Services couldn't do it without you and your efforts are appreciated!
